mj77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to mj77. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mj77 ("mj77", "we", "us", "the Platform") regarding your use of the website at mj77.run and all services available through it, including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, fishing games and all associated features.

mj77 operates as an online gaming and betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All transactions on mj77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through local payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. These Terms are written in plain English and are intended to be clearly understood by Pakistani players.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and mj77. Links to these documents are available in the footer of every page on mj77.run.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on mj77, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. mj77 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporations, trusts or other legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration, including your real name, valid mobile number and date of birth.
• You must not already have an existing account on mj77. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be self-excluded from mj77 or from any other gaming platform as part of a self-exclusion programme.
• You must be using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of another person.

mj77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an account review. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents when requested may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Your Account

Your mj77 account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your account details with any other person, and you must not allow any other person to use your account.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested, whether or not you authorised those actions. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact mj77 support immediately at support@mj77.run.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold or gifted to another person.
• You must keep your contact details (mobile number, email) up to date. mj77 communicates important account information through these channels.
• If mj77 identifies that you have registered more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be consolidated or forfeited at mj77's discretion.
• mj77 may close or suspend any account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months. A notification will be sent before any balance is affected.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on mj77 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are supported:

• Easypaisa — Instant deposits and same-day withdrawals
• JazzCash — Instant deposits and same-day withdrawals
• NayaPay — Fast deposits and withdrawals
• SadaPay — Fast deposits and withdrawals
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — Same business day
• Visa / Mastercard — 1–3 business days for withdrawals

The minimum deposit on mj77 is Rs 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be shown at the time of the request. mj77 does not charge processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. mj77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including for anti-money laundering compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests may take up to 72 hours to process in exceptional cases, though mj77 aims to process all standard requests within the timeframes stated per method.

Any deposits made to a mj77 account are non-refundable once gaming activity has commenced, except where required by applicable law or where the deposit was made in clear error and no wagers have been placed. Players who believe a deposit was made in error should contact support immediately at support@mj77.run.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mj77 runs promotional offers including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits and other incentive schemes. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses on mj77 carry a wagering requirement unless specifically stated otherwise. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be wagered before it can be withdrawn. Specific multipliers will be stated on the promotion page.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and game rounds on mj77 are subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be amended, cancelled or reversed after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of clear technical error on the part of mj77.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market before a wager is placed.
• mj77 reserves the right to void any bet where a clear error has occurred — including software errors, obvious pricing errors in odds, or cases where a game has malfunctioned mid-round. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In the event of a game interruption or disconnection during a live dealer session or crash game, the system will apply the standard resolution for that game type as defined by the game provider. mj77 is not responsible for interruptions caused by the player's own internet connection.
• Sports betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time before the bet is accepted, including during live in-play events. Bets already accepted remain valid unless voided under the terms above.
• All game outcomes on mj77 are generated by certified random number generators (for RNG games) or by physical equipment operated by trained croupiers (for live dealer games). mj77 does not adjust outcomes based on player history, account balance or any other variable.

Winnings from casino games and sports bets are credited to your mj77 PKR wallet immediately upon the conclusion of each round or settlement of each market. Winnings are available for further play or withdrawal subject to any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mj77. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using false, stolen or borrowed identity documents during verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, AI tools or any automated system to interact with mj77 games or systems in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches or software errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation discovered will result in balance forfeiture. mj77 asks players to report discovered bugs to support@mj77.run immediately.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer poker or game show formats.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment — including money laundering, fraud or any form of financial crime.
• Making chargebacks on deposits through your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings generated from those funds on mj77. Fraudulent chargebacks will be pursued through all available legal channels.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any restricted areas of the mj77 platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

12. Account Suspension & Termination

mj77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player has breached any of these Terms or any other mj77 policy.
• mj77 has reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other illegal conduct.
• The player has engaged in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.
• It is necessary to protect the integrity of mj77 or other players on the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player breach — such as voluntary closure — the remaining balance will be returned via the player's preferred payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing requirements.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their mj77 account may do so by contacting support@mj77.run. Accounts in self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the exclusion period ends.

13. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your mj77 account — a bet outcome, a payment, a bonus, or anything else — the process to follow is:

1. Contact Support First: Raise the issue with our support team via live chat or email at support@mj77.run. Provide your account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant dates and amounts. Our team will respond and aim to resolve most issues within 48 hours.
2. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request that the matter be escalated to a senior member of the mj77 team. A written response to the escalated complaint will be provided within 7 business days.
3. Final Decision: If the dispute remains unresolved after escalation, mj77's final decision will be communicated in writing. This constitutes the end of mj77's internal complaints process.

14. Changes to These Terms

mj77 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify players via the contact details held on their account and will publish the updated Terms at mj77.run/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of mj77 after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using mj77 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

Minor editorial corrections that do not affect the substance of the Terms may be made without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
